Annual Banquet
A dinner held at the first of each calendar year featuring the previous year’s accomplishments and next year’s business priorities. This night includes a meal, keynote speaker or panel, and recognizing our Pioneer Citizen Award recipients among other awards.
Commitment: Meet once a month from October to the Banquet (either in January or February). Committee members will also be asked to help set up and work the event.
Chamber Challenge Golf Tournament
This networking opportunity and day of fun for the Northwest Arkansas and Northeast Oklahoma business leaders is at the Creeks Golf Course in Cave Springs. The tournament will feature a competitive game, with cash prizes, and a community game, with door prizes.
Commitment: Meet once a month from January until the Golf Tournament in August. Committee members will be asked to help set up and work the event, but are encouraged to participate as well!
Dogwood Festival
This Festival is held each year on the last full weekend in April in our historic downtown and its parks. This event attracts close to 35,000 visitors to our community throughout the weekend. The Festival offers more than 200 arts and crafts booths and vendors, a FunZone activity area and entertainment, food and fun for all ages.
Commitment: This committee meets year-round. Meetings are usually once a month from May to January, and twice a month from February to April. Committee members will be asked to help set-up, work the event, find volunteers, and tear down.
This committee has 3 small sub committees: Arkansas Scholars (Graduation Cookout & Pizza Party), Back-to-School Breakfast, and Honor Graduate Luncheon. These events are put on for the students of Siloam Springs High School and the teachers of the Siloam Springs School District.
Commitment: We need committee members to work as many events as possible and work with the committee chairs to plan events.
Outstanding Civic Leader Event
This casual “roast and toast” event is a time for the Chamber and the community to honor and recognize a person whose contributions have moved Siloam Springs forward in a noteworthy way.
Commitment: Meet once a month from February to the Banquet (either in September or October). Committee members will also be asked to help set up and work the event.
This committee works on finding new ways to promote Siloam Springs and to increase tourism in our area.
Commitment: Meet once per quarter, year-round, on the last Tuesday of each quarter at 4 p.m.
