Electricity

Siloam Springs is serviced by one electrical service provider. For service and installation information, call the City of Siloam Springs at (479) 524-5136. It is located at the corner of North Mount Olive and West Ashley streets. When you set up your electricity account at the City, they will also register you for water, sewer and trash service, as well as recycling.

Gas

The local natural gas provider is Arkansas Western Gas Company. For service or information call the Customer Care Center at 1-800-563-0012. Arkansas Western Gas Company does not currently have a Siloam Springs office; however, third party payment locations that will accept cash or check payments are: Bank of Siloam Springs, Decatur State Bank in Decatur and Gentry, or the Bank of Gravette.
